Full valid postcodes / zip codes are required for every order. We will not send any orders without one. If you provide an incorrect address, including the postcode / zip code, we do not accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive.

Mail-order items are generally dispatched the next working day. Unfortunately, we can not ship on UK public holidays, orders made on a public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
